The Management Committee oversee the running of the Pre-School and meet regularly to;
Ensure clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction;
Hold leaders to account for the educational performance of the organisation, and the effective and efficient performance management of staff;
Oversee the financial performance of the organisation

Our teaching team of skilled practitioners includes Victoria Oxley King, Mia O'Connor, Susie Hirst, Emma Hughers, Ellen Newsome, Courtney O'Connor. Georgina Townsley and Kanta Mistry.
Staff are fully qualified to Level 3 or working towards the level 3 qualiification. Manager is level 6. and working toward Early Year Teacher .

All staff are trained in First Aid and Safeguarding. All children at St. Andrews are assigned a keyworker. They will get to know you and your child, finding out about your child’s preferences and routines and will be the person that shares information with you about what your child has done during the session and information about their learning and development.
Key Workers
We use the Tapestry Software at pre-school. This is an online learning journal which keeps parents informed on how their child is progressing in their learning by logging pictures and observations taken throughout the day.
Children are allocated to a Key Worker who Parents can also liaise with.
